Look back to find the way forward. Use this tool to reflect and evaluate your previous week. If you've been using Daily Intention Sheets, review the last seven as you fill in your Weekly Reflection Sheet. Follow up with daily intention sheets to find forward movement in the long-term.


Use these sheets at the beginning and end of each quarter throughout your year. Use in conjunction with Daily Intention Sheets and Weekly Reflection Sheets by looking back over those tools from the previous quarter before setting your intention for the 90 days ahead.
